Throughout Lenny’s storied career as an industry leader he led many notable sales in the high-end luxury market along with townhouses, development sites, bulk sales and large-scale investment sales. He also has an impressive record for listing and selling individual units along with buyer representation for his global clientele.
Lenny's passion for the business was inspired by his family’s real estate background in Europe. Lenny is known for his professionalism, trust, discretion and his vast network and relationships. Fluent in English, Hebrew and German. Lenny currently resides in The Upper West Side with his wife and three kids.
Francis was a founding member, partner and significant producer on a top 10 team at Douglas Elliman for 12 years with over 1,000 closed transactions. Francis's impressive 17 years of real estate experience has encompassed real estate sales, development, pre-development planning, market research, consulting and project marketing from concept to completion.
Prior to entering real estate, Francis worked in apparel product creation in technical design, development and project management at Nike for six years in numerous roles, from MJ's Brand Jordan to ACG, their outdoor division. He also held various positions at a global apparel brand in marketing, R&D and as the national sales manager.
Francis has completed a certificate in Real Estate Development from NYU. His commitment to real estate involves a long-term vision of development, focusing on design and architecturally driven housing projects with value, layout efficiencies and environmental stewardship.
Nortco Development is a privately held real estate development and investment firm based in New York City.
